1. Eligibility
Guests must be 18 years or above to make a booking.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory at the time of check-in.
The resort reserves the right to deny accommodation to any guest failing to meet legal or policy requirements.
2. Reservations & Payments
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
The resort reserves the right to revise tariffs without prior notice.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times shall be strictly adhered to.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
Failure to vacate the room on time may result in extra charges.
4. Guest Obligations
Guests shall:
Maintain lawful and respectful conduct during their stay.
Be liable for any damage caused to resort property, intentionally or negligently.
Not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to substance abuse, gambling, or immoral acts.
The resort reserves the right to evict any guest without refund for violation of rules or misconduct.
5. Property & Liability
The resort is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
Use of resort facilities is entirely at the guest’s own risk.
The resort shall not be liable for injury, illness, accident, or death caused due to negligence of the guest or force majeure events.
6. Website Use
All content on the website is the intellectual property of Royal Milestone Resorts.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Force Majeure
The resort shall not be held liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government orders, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
